Certifications and Awards
The OHSAS 18001 standard specifies the establishment of a management method for health and safety at work and related requirements. The objective is to achieve better risk management in order to reduce accidents, comply with legislation, and improve performance.
To date, few companies in the Quebec construction industry have obtained this certification. An external audit is conducted every year, and every three (3) years, Cegerco renews its certification.
Since 2013, it is mandatory for all companies that are seeking contracts with public agencies to obtain authorization from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). Cegerco is registered as an authorized company with the AMF.
